These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mathemystic application ("Mathemystic", "the app", "we", "us" or "our"), developed by Varada Games. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Educational Purpose Only

Mathemystic is provided as a supplementary educational tool intended to help users learn and practice mental math techniques. It is not a substitute for formal education, professional instruction, or qualified advice. Content is provided for general learning and informational purposes only.

2. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful content, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the app's content for any particular purpose. Learning outcomes vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific results.

3. "As Is" Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varada Games and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages, losses, or mishaps arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app. This includes, without limitation, any errors in content, loss of data, device issues, or reliance on any information provided by the app. You use the app entirely at your own risk.

5. Advertisements

The app may display third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or for any products or services they promote. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about advertising and data.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

Mathemystic is available as a free, ad-supported version and a paid subscription that removes advertisements and may unlock additional features. All payments, subscriptions, renewals, and refunds are processed and managed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not process or store any payment information.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings, subject to their terms. Pricing, plans, and features may change over time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app;
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its supporting services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and materials within the app are the property of Varada Games or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
